Description

What is KLOW Blend?

The KLOW blend combines four well-studied research compounds: GHK-Cu (Copper Tripeptide-1) at 50mg, KPV (Lys-Pro-Val) at 10mg, BPC-157 (Body Protection Compound-157) at 10mg, and Thymosin Beta-4 (TB-4) at 10mg.

This blend builds upon the GLOW formulation by adding KPV, a naturally occurring tripeptide derived from alpha-melanocyte-stimulating hormone (α-MSH) that has been studied for its potent anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties.

Together, these four compounds target complementary pathways: GHK-Cu for collagen synthesis and gene modulation, KPV for NF-κB-mediated inflammation suppression, BPC-157 for angiogenesis and tissue repair, and TB-4 for cell migration and wound healing.

None of the components are approved by the FDA for therapeutic use as research peptides. This blend is sold strictly for laboratory and research purposes only.

Research Applications

Areas of Investigation
Inflammation

Multi-Pathway Anti-Inflammatory

Combines KPV's NF-κB suppression with BPC-157's and GHK-Cu's anti-inflammatory properties for multi-target inflammation research.
Healing

Tissue Repair & Regeneration

Four complementary mechanisms targeting collagen synthesis, angiogenesis, cell migration, and immune-mediated repair.
Immunity

Immune Modulation

KPV adds antimicrobial and immune-modulating properties to the regenerative foundation of GHK-Cu, BPC-157, and TB-4.
Skin & Tissue

Collagen & Matrix Research

GHK-Cu's collagen-stimulating effects are supported by BPC-157's growth factor signaling and TB-4's tissue remodeling activity.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about KLOW Blend research
What is the KLOW blend?+
KLOW combines GHK-Cu (50mg), KPV (10mg), BPC-157 (10mg), and Thymosin Beta-4 (10mg), four compounds targeting complementary pathways in tissue repair, immune modulation, and anti-inflammatory signaling.
How does KLOW differ from GLOW?+
KLOW includes everything in GLOW plus KPV, a tripeptide derived from α-MSH that adds potent anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties through NF-κB pathway suppression.
How should the KLOW blend be stored?+
Store lyophilized powder below -18°C, away from light and moisture. Once reconstituted, refrigerate at 2–8°C and use within 7 days.
What is KPV?+
KPV (Lys-Pro-Val) is a tripeptide derived from alpha-melanocyte-stimulating hormone. It has been studied for potent anti-inflammatory effects through suppression of the NF-κB signaling pathway.
Is the KLOW blend FDA approved?+
No. None of the components are FDA approved as research peptides. This blend is sold for laboratory and research purposes only.
